What Normally Goes On At A Property Tax Auction
When you’ve got real estate that’s past due on property taxes, the city or town which the property taxes are owed to will hold a real estate tax auction in an effort to sell the house in question and redeem the unpaid taxes. This sort of auction isn’t as common in certain areas as it is in others. Often times, a home owner that owes back taxes attempts to come up with such monies ahead of the property tax auction and maintain possession of the said property.
