NJ Gov Signs Foreclosure, Food Assistance Bill (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

New Jerseyans facing home foreclosure, those who can’t afford their heating bills, and the increasing number turning to food pantries for meals all got a boost from legislation enacted Friday.
