A Luxury Home Project in Laguna Beach being developed by the Laguna-based real estate developer Tresor Properties has become the first home on the California coast to be registered under the U.S. Green Building Councils Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), one of the leading environmental design authorities in the country.
